The terms and conditions mentioned here are a complete agreement between you and ParikaramGuru. By using our site (ParikaramGuru), you agree to our privacy policy, refund policy, support policy, seller policy, and terms and conditions. Your continued use of our site denotes your acceptance of further updates in the future to these terms. Any violations of the terms and conditions can result in the termination of your account with or without notice. ParikaramGuru does not take responsibility for any data loss, technical issues, or other unexpected problems.
Creating an Account at ParikaramGuru:
Follow these guidelines to create an account at ParikaramGuru.
● You need to be 18 years or above to create an account at ParikaramGuru.
● Your login credentials are confidential. Do not share it anywhere.
● Only you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you find any suspicious activity, report it to us immediately.
● Any images you use for profile pictures or in your content can be stored and used for rightful and personalizing purposes.
Reviews and Comments:
● Reviews and comments can be given by users. Users need to be respectful. Any hate speech, obscene comments, or threats will not be tolerated. The admin has the rights to handle or remove reviews or comments.
● Writing fake reviews, creating multiple accounts for inflating reviews, and comments is strictly prohibited.
Content Moderation Policies:
All the content on ParikaramGuru will be moderated by the admin. All the content posted by instructors will be reviewed by the admin, and the admin reserves all rights to block or suspend the content for valid reasons. Even the live classes will be monitored with due diligence.
All the reviews and comments posted on a class and for instructors will also be moderated by the admin. If any harmful or abusive review or comment is posted, the admin can block the user. In extreme cases, legal actions will be taken.
All the discussions that happen in the "Forum" will also be moderated by the admin. Users need to take responsibility for what they share or speak in the forum. Users need to be respectful while holding conversations in the forums.
Users need to be respectful and refrain from being abusive while holding conversations with the support team, commenting, and posting reviews on classes and instructors. Understand that the review system, comment box, and support team are present to help us provide you with a better experience.
Copyrights:
All the content posted and materials shared on the platform belong to the respective owners. Users cannot share or sell the content. If they do, it is a copyright infringement. The content must be used for educational and personal use only.
Reward Points:
Convert reward points to internal wallet money and buy classes. Or access free classes available inside the platform by spending reward points. Remember that you cannot reverse the conversion of reward points to wallet money.
User Privacy:
ParikaramGuru values user privacy. Please refer to our privacy policy for any queries or knowledge required regarding your privacy while using our site.
Payment:
Available payment methods at ParikaramGuru:
● Subscription-based payment
● Individual payment (Wallet payment, Direct payment)
All classes are billed in advance, no matter which payment mode you choose. By choosing subscription-based payment, you agree to pay the subscription fees in the mentioned intervals. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
The subscription fees can be modified at any time. If modified, it will be updated in the appropriate place. The modified fees will be applicable from the next billing cycle.
For instructors: The instructor gets the amount for each individual purchase only after 7 days from the date of purchase. Instructors will not get paid if there's an issue with the class or purchase, and if the money is refunded.
ParikaramGuru reserves the right to change payment methods, schedules, or conditions at any time. Anything that is modified will be updated at the respective place. ParikaramGuru is not responsible for payment failures that happen due to the usage of incorrect user information, technical errors, or third-party provider disruptions.

We do not guarantee that the platform or its service is uninterrupted or safe from errors. ParikaramGuru is not responsible for any such implications or misinterpretations. It might have errors or not work perfectly at all times. You are using it at your own risk. Also, do not try to access the content or data from ParikaramGuru in an unauthorized manner. It is not tolerated.
