Seller Policy

Instructors are the sellers here. They sell classes. Instructors can post pre-recorded classes or conduct live classes on ParikaramGuru for free, under the following conditions mentioned in this seller policy. By registering themselves as instructors, they agree to submit necessary verification proofs and follow the 'seller policy'. Instructors are the owners of the content they post on the platform, but grant ParikaramGuru a license to use, market, and distribute it through the platform. The instructors must also consent to all content moderation policies.
Eligibility Criteria for Sellers (Instructors)
● Must be 18 years and above
● Have experience in the respective field
● Complete identity and financial verification (only after verification, you will be able to post content).
Verification Process
To get verified as an instructor, you need to submit an address proof and relevant experience proof (if applicable). Any failure in completing the verification process might result in delaying the content posting process and payout process.
Instructors will have to get approval from the admin to post classes. The content will be verified, and if it adheres to the content guidelines and the platform's terms and conditions, then it will be approved for posting. Please understand that this is an important process to maintain a safe and healthy online space for both students and instructors.
Instructor Responsibilities
Here are the instructor's responsibilities outlined for you. All instructors need to be aware of their responsibilities and act accordingly.
● Conduct live classes or post pre-recorded classes
● Provide materials like images, transcripts, text, and files.
● Provide instructor support through chat
● Draft quizzes
● Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions (optional)
● Issue certificate (optional)
● Schedule and maintain punctuality for live classes.
Instructor Earnings
Instructors earn through individual purchases made through direct or wallet payments. You will receive the earnings for a particular class after 7 days from the date of purchase. The payment might not reflect in your wallet if the money was refunded due to issues pertaining to the class or purchase. A reasonable platform commission will be taken from the earnings received through each purchase.
Content Guidelines
Admin reserves the complete right to terminate a class or block an instructor if the class content does not fit into the content guidelines or if the instructor is found to misuse the platform.
● Content can be delivered as video, image, text, or file format.
● Ensure content quality (both video and audio clarity)
● Avoid illegal, offensive, obscene, harmful, misleading, and pure marketing content.
● Avoid plagiarized content.
