At ParikaramGuru, for support, you can contact the instructors and the platform support team. We have a dedicated platform support team that works to solve your queries and help with refunds. You can reach out to the support team through the chat options available inside the platform. Also, note that all conversations are monitored by the admin, and all users are expected to maintain decorum.
For doubts regarding the classes, buyers can reach out to the instructor directly. You get Instructor support for classes through web chat (if enabled by the instructor). Buyers can know if they'll get instructor support.
Limitations of Support
The platform support team at ParikaramGuru is always there for you to reach out and clear your queries. But the support is extended only to a certain extent. The support does not cover the following.
● Assisting third-party platforms used by instructors.
● Troubleshooting users' network problems.
● Offering astrology predictions or clarifying personal astrology queries.
Abuse of Support
ParikaramGuru does not tolerate abuse of support. Any threatening or abusive way of communication may result in the suspension of the account. The admin has all the rights to review conversations and take necessary actions. If required, legal actions shall be taken. Please understand that the support policy is drafted to maintain a healthy customer-brand relationship and help users effectively.
