('our', 'us', 'we' denotes ParikaramGuru, the site, the platform.)

('user' denotes both the instructor (seller) and the student (buyer))

All refund requests must be for the purchases made on the ParikaramGuru website. By using our website, you are agreeing to our refund policies. 

Eligible Refunds

You have two major purchase methods at ParikaramGuru. They are 

1. Individual purchases (Wallet payment, Direct payment)

2. Subscription-based purchases.

There is strictly no refund for subscription-based purchases. For individual purchases of classes, refund requests can be initiated only under the following circumstances:

Dissatisfaction of classes.

Technical issues from our side that could not be solved by the support team.

Accidental charges or multiple charges for the same purchase.

For Live classes, refunds are generally not issued, but in cases like cancellation from the side of the instructor or the platform, you can contact support, and you'll be guided further. Any refund request must be submitted within the refund eligibility period. Reward points conversion into wallet money cannot be reversed. They cannot be converted into hard cash. 

Refund Eligibility Period:

You need to report any issues or dissatisfaction within a day. Any refund request made beyond one day from the date of purchase will not be determined as valid. Consecutive refund requests by a user will be counted as suspicious activity, and the ParikaramGuru admin has the right to refuse the refund and block the user after due verification. 

How Do Refund Policies Impact Instructor Earnings?

If there are any issues with the class or purchase that has resulted in a refund, the instructor will not receive the payment for that particular purchase.

Refund Mode

ParikaramGuru has an in-built wallet to make purchases seamless. Each individual user is given an internal wallet that can be managed from their dashboard. Any amount refunded by ParikaramGuru will be reflected in the internal wallet only.

How to Request a Refund?

Any subscriptions made at ParikaramGuru are non-refundable. Individual purchases can be refunded under the conditions stated in this refund policy page. If you have made an individual purchase using direct payment or your internal wallet, you can request a refund through the built-in chat support. 

Mention your name and email ID associated with the account you used to make the purchase. 

State the reason and give necessary information to further carry out the refund. 

Your amount will be directly reflected in your internal wallet. 

You can go to your dashboard and verify the status by checking your internal wallet balance.
